We agree the roles, hire people who work only for you, set up their workspace, devices and access, and train them on your systems and processes. You interview the shortlist and approve every hire.

Operate
For as long as you need
Missan runs the team day to day: payroll, HR, workspace, IT, security, delivery management and a monthly report you can hold us to. Your managers set the priorities; we make sure the work gets done.

Transfer
Optional
When you are ready to own the centre, we move the team, their knowledge and the setup into your own Indian entity. The transfer fee is agreed upfront, before we start, so there are no surprises later.

What is a Global Capability Centre?
A Global Capability Centre is a team in another country that works only for your company, doing work your business would otherwise do at home or buy from several vendors. With Missan, we build that team in India, run it for you, and can hand it over to your own Indian entity later if you want to own it.
How is this different from your white-label MSP and NOC service?
Our white-label MSP and NOC service shares a Missan team across several partners and is sold by scope, which suits MSPs that need cover behind their own brand. A Global Capability Centre is a team that works only for you, learns your business in depth and grows with you. Some companies start with the shared service and move to a dedicated team later.
Do we need our own company in India?
No. Our Indian entity employs the team on your behalf, so you can start without registering a company in India. If you later want to own the centre, we can transfer the team into your own Indian entity.
How big does the team need to be?
We usually start a Global Capability Centre with a core of 5 or more people. You can begin with a small core, such as a service desk or a NOC shift, and add roles as the work grows.
How long does it take to get started?
The Build phase typically takes 8 to 16 weeks, depending on the number of roles, how specialised they are and the access and training your systems need.
How is it priced?
We charge a monthly fee per person, all in: salary, HR, workspace, IT, security and management. After a scoping call we send you a fixed quote. If you choose the Transfer option, the fee for it is agreed upfront.
Who manages the team day to day?
Missan does, through a delivery manager who looks after quality, attendance, hiring and reporting. Your own managers set the priorities and review the work, and you get a monthly report.
Can the team cover our working hours?
Yes. Shifts are planned around the hours you need, whether that is a Gulf working day, European hours or an evening shift for the US.
